What FoxVendor does
- Seller onboarding with an approval step. Sellers apply through a public form and stay pending until you approve them. Products they create stay drafts, off your storefront, until you approve those too — or switch either gate to automatic once you trust the flow.
- Automatic per-seller order splitting. Every order becomes one sub-order per seller, with that seller's own line items, subtotal, commission and tax share. Sellers see only their part of the order.
- Commission and payouts on an auditable ledger. Earnings, refund clawbacks, payouts and manual adjustments are append-only entries, so a balance is always derived and never drifts. Pay out manually, or through Stripe Connect or PayPal Payouts.
- A seller portal with staff permissions. Sellers manage their products, orders, returns, coupons, shipping rates and payouts themselves, and can invite staff with access limited to the areas they choose. No Shopify admin access required.
- Storefront shop pages for every seller. Each seller gets a shop page on your own domain with their profile, products, ratings and followers, served through Shopify's App Proxy so it stays on your storefront.
- Operator tools and reports. Review pending products and seller verifications, message sellers, handle abuse reports, set per-region tax tracking, and read marketplace reports. A REST API and outbound webhooks connect the rest of your stack.
